Last updated: November 1, 2026
By using the Drago Expreso website, requesting a quote, using our receiving address, making a payment, or booking a service, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions.
- Services
Drago Expreso provides receiving, storage, consolidation, transportation, and delivery services for packages and merchandise from the United States to Mexico.
Service availability, rates, and scope will depend on the weight, dimensions, contents, value, destination, and customs requirements of each shipment.
- Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing true and complete information.
- Accurately declaring the contents and value of the merchandise.
- Submitting invoices, identification, or permits when requested.
- Verifying that the products can be transported and imported into Mexico.
- Properly packing their items.
- Paying all charges related to the service.
Any fines, taxes, delays, storage fees, returns, or seizures resulting from false, incomplete, or incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Quotes and Payments
Quotes are calculated based on the information provided by the customer and may be adjusted after verifying the package’s actual weight, dimensional weight, dimensions, contents, and destination.
The customer must pay for the service, taxes, and any additional charges before delivery, when applicable.
- Package Inspection
The customer authorizes Drago Expreso, its providers, and the competent authorities to inspect packages to verify their contents, safety, and customs compliance.
Receipt of a package at the warehouse does not guarantee that it can be transported or imported.
- Prohibited and Restricted Items
Drago Expreso does not accept weapons, ammunition, explosives, fuels, drugs, gases, corrosive substances, radioactive materials, cash, jewelry, animals, counterfeit goods, hazardous waste, or any merchandise prohibited by the authorities.
Certain items, such as liquids, perfumes, batteries, medications, food, alcoholic beverages, coffee, plants, seeds, and agricultural products, require prior consultation and authorization.
Drago Expreso may reject, hold, or return any merchandise that does not comply with these conditions.
- Packaging
Packaging is the customer’s responsibility and must be adequate to protect the merchandise during handling, storage, and transportation.
Drago Expreso may reject packages with insufficient, damaged, or unsafe packaging. Acceptance of a package does not mean the company guarantees the quality of its packaging.
- Delivery Times
Processing and transit times are estimates and are counted in business days from the departure of the main transport.
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, peak seasons, weather conditions, government restrictions, third-party providers, or force majeure.
- Customs and Taxes
All shipments are subject to customs inspection and clearance.
The customer must pay any applicable taxes, duties, permits, inspections, or charges. Drago Expreso does not guarantee immediate release or an exact clearance date.
- Final Delivery
Delivery may be made to a home, an office, or an authorized pickup point, depending on coverage and the security conditions of the area.
Additional delivery attempts, returns, storage, or address changes may incur charges.
- Insurance and Liability
The customer may purchase additional declared-value coverage before the package ships, when this service is available.
Drago Expreso’s liability will be limited to the terms of the service or insurance purchased. Undeclared merchandise, prohibited items, inadequate packaging, indirect damages, or losses arising from causes beyond the company’s control will not be covered.
- Claims
Claims must be sent to soporte@dragoexpreso.com, including the tracking number along with invoices, photos, and evidence of the issue.
Submitting a claim does not imply its automatic acceptance.
- Data Protection
Drago Expreso will use personal data to manage accounts, payments, shipments, customs procedures, deliveries, and customer service.
Information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
- Changes
Drago Expreso may update its rates, routes, services, and these Terms and Conditions when legal, business, or operational changes occur.
The current version will be published on the website.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, without prejudice to the consumer’s non-waivable rights.
